Originally from Bolivia, South America, Maria Miller has lived in the U.S. since age 10. After moving to Hawaii in 1976, Maria obtained her real estate license there in 1978. With almost 50 years in real estate, Maria has accumulated a vast amount of knowledge
and experience.

 
Maria is the President and Principal Broker of Horizon Properties, Inc. in Guam since 2007, where she has had the pleasure of assisting both local and off-island investors to purchase and manage a couple of hundred investment properties. However, Maria’s passion is helping homebuyers realize they can own a home they never thought they could afford. Maria has also assisted hundreds of Veterans in buying homes, not only with NO DOWN but also with little or no $$$ out of pocket for closing costs.  

With Maria’s passion for serving others and hard work over the past 50 years, she has reached a point where she has served as Chair of various committees and as the 2017 President of the Guam Association of Realtors. In addition, she also contributes time and resources to the local communities through various charitable organizations. 
 

When she is not busy working for her clients, Maria enjoys visiting with her family, volunteering at her church, and spending quality time with friends and Zumba!!.
