Al joined our team in 2004 and became the broker of record in 2012.  Al has a strong presence in Greene County, especially in the Beavercreek community.  He spends much of his time focused on the office, industrial, and land markets. He also enjoys helping clients with rezoning issues to maximize property values.

In 2018, Al was honored in the Dayton Business Journal's Who's Who in Real Estate. 

He is an active real estate investor in his role as the managing partner of RCMRE Investments LLC. Their focus is office investment property.

Al served 26 years in the Air Force, retiring as a colonel. He was subsequently the Director of Marketing and Communications for Goodwill Industries and the Vice President of Communications for Kettering Medical Center. Al's past career history gives him a vast arsenal of knowledge to draw from for his clients. 

Al is heavily involved with the local community and is affiliated with the following:

Al is married to Julia, a retired school teacher. When Al finds time to get away from work, he and his wife Julia enjoy spending time with their four daughters and five grandchildren. He also enjoys gardening, walking, music shows, and golf.
