Matt joined HRI Commercial Realty
after more than a decade in residential real estate as both
a Realtor and licensed appraiser. Matt has used his real
estate experience working with a variety of clients on
various real estate transactions including property
acquisition, marketing and closing properties for sale and
lease.
Professional Experience
Matt came to HRI Commercial Realty
from Irongate Realtors Inc. While with Irongate Realtors he
earned their prestigious Signature Services Designation,
while providing his customers with outstanding personal
service.
He also started Wright Appraisal
Service in 1999 and provided to his clients valuation
services, which included residential dwellings, land, multi
family housing and business valuation.
Matt retired from the Montgomery
County Sheriff’s Office as a Deputy Sheriff in 2004. During
his time with the sheriff’s office he received numerous
awards for his service to the community including the Purple
Heart and the Ohio Distinguished Law Enforcement Medal of
Valor.
