Doug founded
HRI Commercial Realty in 2000 after managing the commercial
division of Dockery, Inc. Realtors for twelve years. Doug
has been an active commercial realtor in the Dayton market
area for over 25 years. He has represented numerous owners
involving the sale of thousands of acres of land for
commercial, residential and industrial development. His
major projects include packaging, marketing and sale of 300+
acres of land at N. Fairfield Rd. & I-675 in Beavercreek,
Ohio that included the site for the Mall at Fairfield
Commons, brokering the land that became Beavercreek Golf
club, and most recently brokering the land for the future
Benchrock Golf Course in Huber Heights.
Professional Experience
Doug was a
career officer in the U.S. Marine Corps; serving as platoon
commander and was decorated for service in Vietnam. He began
his real estate brokerage career in Hawaii while stationed
there and then returned to the Dayton area to stay.
