Experience
Dave joined HRI Commercial Realty
after a fifteen year career with United Airlines. Dave has
used his business background and commercial real estate
experience working with a variety of clients on various real
estate transactions including property acquisition, site
selection, marketing and closing properties for sale and
lease, land brokerage, tenant representation and more. He
took over the position as Office Manager at HRI Commercial
in May of 2006 with the goal to expand HRI’s market
presence.
Professional Experience
Dave held the
position of Account Executive with United. He managed a $20
million territory working with travel agents and
corporations to grow United Airlines’ market share, revenue
and profits. He worked on numerous special projects
including new service introductions in Japan and Europe.
After the terrorist attacks of 9/11, and the resulting
cutbacks in the airline industry, Dave joined HRI Commercial
Realty in 2002.
Dave is a CCIM
Candidate and is working towards becoming a Designate. He is
also active on the Economic Development Committee of the
South Metro Chamber of Commerce.
